Business Connector Income

Market Rep
Market Rep Opportunity –Our Members have the option to become a Market Rep with RealPro Connections. Our Market Reps oversee building our Consumer Membership in their area.
Being a Market Rep not only allows you to be compensated for Sponsoring your friends & contacts into the network, but also allows you to build a Consumer Tree Network of your contacts, their contacts, and their contacts etc. which allows you to grow your network and be compensated each and every time any Member in your Consumer Tree does a transaction with a Vendor in the RealPro Connections.

Market Manager
Market Manager Opportunity -Our Market Managers oversee building a team of Market Reps and help the Market Reps to grow Consumer Membership in the area. If you are a Sales Manager and have a team of Sales Reps already, our Market Manager Opportunity is a great fit for you. Your Reps will join as Market Reps & you as the Market Manager.

Corporate Partner
Corporate Partners Our Corporate Partners are Companies that currently have offices and Sales Teams in 5 or more states. Our Corporate Partners assign their Sales Managers to be Market Managers at RealPro, in addition to their current company role. Those Market Managers introduce the Market Rep opportunity to their team and join in efforts to grow the RealPro Consumer Membership Tree. This allows each of the corporate partners to earn commissions on every transaction completed by all members in their Consumer Tree.

State Directors
State Directors are responsible for building the vendors in their specific state with the help of their Market Representatives. In addition, State Directors hold the role of Market Manager and can build their own Market Representative and Consumer Tree, in addition to the commission benefits.
Real Pro State Directors are independent contractors with RealPro who work 20 or more hours per week to increase membership and site usage within their State. For doing so they earn a percentage of all sales within their State, so their income can grow as large as they grow their State.
An excellent position for someone in financial services (for example, a go-getter Realtor, Mortgage Broker, or similar, who understands the importance of business relationships and who is excellent at building and motivating teams), State Directors help their teams to build large user and vendor trees by assisting their Market Managers (typically Realtor Brokers or others with sales teams) sign-up their sales teams as Market Representatives, who in turn sign-up their vendors, other local vendors with high user ratings, and then their customers, to use the RealPro Platform to find highly-valued Vendors for their home or business projects.
The State Director will hold a weekly meeting with their team where they will encourage and inform their team so the team will work hard to add highly-valued vendors to the service, ensuring that there are three to five Vendors in each and every service category and in each and every community across their state.
During this meeting the State Director will also encourage and educate his or her team on how to inform their network and the community at large about RealPro Connections and that they should be accessing RealPro’s platform to find highly-qualified vendors for their home and business needs.
For performing these actions, a State Director will receive all the benefits that a Market Manager does, plus will receive additional income for managing the growth of vendors and customer members in their state. The State Director will receive full Market Manager compensation, and also receive a 1 percent override commission on each and every transaction consumers in their state do with a RealPro vendor.
State Directors will also be eligible for other recruiting bonuses, and an ongoing retirement income.
