How Does It Work?
Our Mission is to help consumers find verified vendors for home services, professional services and commercial services. We use a network of Marketing Representative, Market Manager, Corporate Partners and Business Connectors to build the network of vendors and refer customers to the vendors.
Consumers can either find our site on their own, or they can be referred by our Marketing Representative or other roles. Consumers get multiple bids from Verified Vendors, and for Non-Regulated Industries (like contractors, home services, etc), the consumers will receive a rebate on the project cost for using our platform. In addition, the Marketing Representative, Market Manager, and Corporate Partners can also earn a commission.
The commissions are generated by the Vendors agreeing to pay a marketing fee only when they receive a lead that turns into a paying project. Unlike other home service referral sites that charge contractors for every lead (even though most are low quality), our Vendors get the leads for FREE and only pay if they get a job. That marketing fee is then shared between the consumer rebate, the Sales Referral Team, our Charitable Foundation, and the Referral Rep who recruited the vendor into the network.
It’s a true WIN – WIN – WIN situation for all parties.
REGULATED AND NON-REGULATED INDUSTRIES
RealPro Connections hosts a variety of vendors that Realtors refer business to on a regular basis. Companies like title insurance, mortgage, movers, painters, home remodeling and so much more. There are many services for Inside the Home, Outside the Home, Professional Services and even Commercial Services that you and your clients will have at their fingertips and ready to hire as needed.
Our Vendors pay a fee to RealPro Connections and we share 49% of that revenue with our Customers, Agents, Brokers, Corporate Partners, and Referral Reps that sign up Vendors, as well as our Charitable Contributions. This is a win-win scenario for customers, agents, brokers and the corporate office and this is by far more lucrative than any marketing agreement, ABA or other structures you may have seen in the past and best of all, this is fully RESPA Compliant.
This allows us to offer vendors in Regulated Industries (like title, mortgage, real estate, legal) and vendors in Non-Regulated Industries (like contractors, painters, movers, cleaning services, plumbers, etc.) We have 2 separate commission systems for the 2 types of vendors, and thus we expand the offerings to our consumers while still complying with all regulations.
