Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Expansion:
- Lead nationwide recruitment efforts to increase brokers as Market Managers.
- Enhance broker presence for better market coverage and effectiveness.
- Establish Corporate Partnerships to expand business networks and opportunities.
- Vendor and Service Provider Engagement:
- Develop a comprehensive list of Vendors and Service Providers.
- Advocate for selected Service Providers to RealPro Members.
- Facilitate regional and national collaboration between vendors and brokers.
- Sales and Marketing Initiatives:
