2. How does RealPro help homeowners and businesses?

   We match you with trusted vendors, provide multiple competitive bids, and offer cash-back on completed projects.

3. Is there a fee to join as a customer?

   No. Membership for consumers is completely free.

4. How do I request bids for a project?

   Enter your project details on our website or mobile shortcut, and we’ll invite up to three qualified vendors to bid.

5. How does the cash-back program work?

   After your project is complete and payment is confirmed; you receive a percentage of the total as cash-back through your RealPro account. Our members can pay the vendor via the RealPro system to ensure they get their rebate, or if the member pays the vendor directly, they need to log in to notify us that the vendor was paid so we can credit their cash back rebate.

6. How quickly are cash-back rewards paid out?

   Cash back accrues in your account after the vendor or customer verifies payment..Once it reaches $50 or more, it will be paid out on the next monthly cycle via PayPal or ACH transfer to your bank account.

7. Is my personal information secure?

   Yes. We use encrypted connections and never sell your personal data. All ACH transactions are secured by Stripe and PayPal secures all mass payments made by that method.

Membership & Registration

1. How do I sign up for a free membership?

   Click Sign Up at joinrealpro.com, complete the short form, and confirm your email.

2. Can I register as both a customer and a vendor?

   Yes. You can operate under one login and select the role you need each time you sign in.

3. Can I refer friends or family and earn rewards?

   Absolutely. Use your unique referral link to invite others and receive bonuses when they complete projects.

4. How do I track my cash-back earnings?

   Log in and view your Member Dashboard to see pending and paid rewards.

5. What if I forget my login details?

   Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset securely.

6. Can I cancel my membership at any time?

   Yes. You can close your account at no cost by emailing our support team at realproconnections@gmail.com

Vendors / Service Providers

1. How do vendors join RealPro?

   Click Register Your Business on the site, complete the form, and upload your license or insurance if required.

2. Are there any upfront or monthly fees for vendors?

   No recurring monthly fees. Vendors simply pay a commission per successful job.

3. How are vendors matched with customers?

   Our system sends project requests to vendors whose services and location fit the customer’s needs. If multiple vendors are in the requested service area, leads are sent to the 3 vendors who offer the highest commission rate to RealPro. The customer can always request additional quotes if they do not get satisfactory responses from the first 3 vendors.

4. What is a referral fee and when is it paid?

   It’s a percentage of the project total, paid only after the job is completed and the customer is satisfied.

5. Are there restrictions on the types of services vendors can offer?

   Services must be legal and comply with local licensing rules; otherwise vendors are free to list any home or business service.

Income Opportunities

1. What is a Business Connector and how do they earn income?

   A Business Connector refers vendors and members to RealPro and earns commissions on completed transactions.

2. Are there startup costs for Business Connectors?

   No. Joining and earning commissions as a Connector is free.

3. Can I build and manage a sales team?

   Yes. You can recruit and train your own team for additional commission opportunities.

4. How are commissions or referral bonuses distributed?

   Commissions are tracked in your RealPro back office and paid monthly via your chosen payment method.

5. Is training or support provided for new Business Connectors?

   Yes. RealPro offers online training sessions, marketing tools, and ongoing support.

Marketing & Growth Roles

1. What are the roles of Market Rep, Market Manager, and State Director?

   Market Reps introduce members.
   Market Managers build and mentor teams,
   State Directors oversee growth across an entire state.

2. Can I move up from Market Rep to Manager or State Director over time?

   Yes. Advancement is performance-based and open to any active participant.
